先日、京都北部の与謝野町までビールの原料であるホップの見学に行ってまいりました。

ホップはビールの香り、苦み、色のもととなり、また泡立ちにも影響する等、多くのことを学ぶことができ、大変勉強になりました。

Yosano Hop Tour

The other day, we went to Yosano Town in the northern part of Kyoto to see hops, the raw material for beer. 

The hops not only have a great influence on the aroma, but also affects the color, and the head on beer.
